Instead of sending a paper-based or a images, suppliers can email you their invoices as a readable PDF invoice for processing directly into Ariba Invoicing. Thus eliminating manual handling of invoices for the Buyer and automating the AP Process.

Generate Electronic Invoices from PDFs

Built in logic in the solution will determine the supplier and with the invoice extraction capability, a detailed electronic invoices in cXML will be generated.

Fully Integrated with SAP Ariba Invoicing

The extracted data and original pdf invoice are processed as a structured cxml invoice in SCP, where additional checks are carried out ie tax code checks, etc. Then the data is passed into SAP Ariba Invoicing using the public cxml invoice API for any approval routing and exception management.

Carbon Copy reconciled invoices into the Network

As Intelligent Invoice Express can accommodate vendors who are not on the Network (typically the "tail end") you can now automate your invoice process for them and get them processed into Ariba Invoicing with this application.
