Benefits and Features
Increase Supplier Adoption and Capture More Spend
Provide the first technology driven financing solution to suppliers that works with both the VMS and with the MSP. No longer does spend have to go outside the program for suppliers to get supply chain financing.
Supplier Diversity and Retention
Attract and include suppliers of all sizes in your program by offering an integrated financing solution to all suppliers. All while maintaining the rigors and controls of the VMS as the source of truth.
Administrative Relief
Cost Avoidance and back-office relief as Client or MSP will only need to make one payment to Qwil. Qwil will make payments to suppliers on Clients behalf regardless of whether or not the supplier chose the early payment option
Dynamic Early Payment Fee
This feature allows suppliers to get paid on the invoice when they want anywhere from Net1 to end of the payment cycle - on a sliding scale where the fee decreases over time.
Single Source of Truth for Payments
We use the SAP API integration to obtain Suppliers invoice records from Fieldglass. All of the metadata including invoice ID, Consolidated Invoice ID, Invoice ID, Worker/SOW ID, Time Stamp and Itemized Cost is displayed within Qwil.
Get Paid As Soon As Invoices Are Approved
Suppliers can get paid as soon as their invoices are approved, regardless of client net billing terms. Additionally, they can elect to take some all or none of each invoice and only pay fees on amounts they take early.
