Integrating with SAP Customer Data Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, and SAP Commerce Cloud, the following apps provide meaningful ways to engage with consumers:
Aiola Virtual Analyst communicates via a dialogue-based interface, where its AI engine connects to an organization’s data by integrating with SAP Commerce Cloud in order to provide advanced analytics for business users. By leveraging Aiola’s intelligent application kits for sales management, managers in sales, marketing, trade, and planning departments can improve predictive capabilities and optimize their KPIs.
Hexa 3D — 2D to 3D/AR Content Conversion API integrates with SAP Commerce Cloud and allows customers to convert existing images and product information into immersive content (3D/AR/VR) at half the cost and twice the speed. With Hexa’s solution, customers can leverage their immersive content to lower visualization costs, distribute content globally, and improve customer acquisition costs.
Pecan Automated Predictive Analytics Platform enables business users to create predictive models for customer journey and sales analytics use cases. Pecan’s cost-effective solution drastically accelerates time to insight and to response by reducing “time-to-model” from months to days. Using Pecan, customers can create predictive models with a simple interface on any SAP Cloud customer analytics platform.
Digital Product Sampling by Sampler integrates with SAP Customer Data Cloud to enable brands to deliver product samples online and gain the insights needed to build one-on-one relationships with their customers. SRP Smart Platform For Sales to Grocery Private Sector connects CPGs, grocery stores, and consumers on one platform. SRP’s solution integrates with SAP Commerce Cloud to help CPGs connect with small retailers to leverage store sell-in/sell-out data, monitor consumer sell-through, inventory, and changes in demand dynamics.
TrenDemon Content Marketing Insights and Activation integrates with SAP Customer Data Cloud to help map the customer journey across different domains and spans of time, from initial touch to conversion. With TrenDemon’s attribution-based personalization platform, customers can analyze marketing and promotion effectiveness, identify which digital assets impact consumer experiences and conversions, and using real-time personalization to, increase their ROI.
TVPage Storefronts for Salespeople integrates with SAP Commerce Cloud to enable salespeople for e-commerce by activating storefronts for salespeople online. Using TVPage’s solution, brands transform their sales team into ambassadors who sell on their digital storefronts with an intuitive platform where salespeople can post shoppable videos and generate new sales by sharing to their social audiences, earning commission on their sales directly on the platform.
