Handles exceptions based with the goal of getting the bill to all customer in time. This means that all exceptions related to a customer need to be resolved in time. This goal can be reached because the product shows all exceptions related to the customer. The agent can then resolve all in one go.
Information visibility
Shows relevant information related to the exception and required to resolve on the first screen of the case. This makes judging the situation by the agent very easy and reduces opening multiple screens. The information often also contains functions to help resolve the exception.
Obsolete cases are completed automatically if the exception is resolved, either by data coming in, an agent worked the case and forgot to complete or because of any other reason. This means agents never spend time on already resolved cases.
Solution Library
A solution library containing way over 100 predefined solution steps that can be added to case categories by using drag & drop functions. The steps are all well documented and it also provides means to maintain the step and a where used list for the steps.
