Create one source of truth for your competency scoring
Whether your competencies or skills are managed in Job Profile Builder, and your certifications are maintained through LMS based curricula, you combine all of these in one single dashboard. Easily add even more types of qualifications, for any blue-collar or white-collar target group.
Associate skill gaps to training effectively
With the clear gaps identified, your training team can associate the right training to match the skill development requirement. Use the built-in micro LMS to define the training actions and records or integrate with the SF LMS for even more training capabilities.
Enjoy the matrix view of competencies
Show various qualifications in an intuitive grid for your employees. You can use competencies or skills from Job Profile Builder, or you leverage the custom competency options from the matrix. Activate the gaps view to highlight the competencies that you like to further strengthen.
Assess roles versus target roles and show gaps
Assess multiple roles versus their target roles, with their respective competence levels. Track the history of each assessment, to achieve an overview of everyone's competencies lifecycles. Align competencies across your organisation, or support multiple units with their own competency frameworks.
Combine LMS curricula with Job profile builder
Include certifications setup as curricula from SuccessFactors Learning. The matrix shows who has completed them with an expiry date. Employees that have expiring or expired certifications are highlighted with a corresponding warning color to trigger timely action.
Training plan with simple training record storage
Skill assessments trigger development actions. For companies that do not wish to leverage SuccessFactors Learning, they can capture training activities in the included training record store. Request training actions, and easily record the training completions with an optional document evidence.
