Reduction of Back-Office team work overload

The operational tasks demanded from Suppliers are usually centralized on the Customer Back-Office team. The Procurement Hub allows Suppliers to perform these tasks themselves, reducing the work overload of the Back-Office team.

Accelerate the Procure-to-Pay process

Most the tasks related to the Procure-to-Pay processes, such as Service entry sheet creatio, and invoice generation are now performed by the Suppliers themselves. This means that the full process is completed much faster as the bottleneck on the Back-Office is removed.

Transparency and Reliability

All transactions are performed in real time. Every attachment uploaded in the apps are stored in SAP, allowing auditing when required.

Purchase Order Confirmation

Vendors can confirm or reject their Purchase orders directly from the app. Email exchange and time consuming calls with Vendors are no longer needed!

Service Entry Sheet Creation

Vendors can record themselves their worked hours, which will automatically create a Service Entry Sheet on the Customer System. Dependency on the Customer Back Office team is eliminated, which saves costs to the Customers and accelerate the procurement and payment process.

Parked Invoice Creation

Vendors can now create a draft of their Invoice in the Customers system. Customer just need to double check the Invoice data and receive it! This feature reduces the work overload of the Customer Back-Office team and helps Vendors being payed much faster.

Financial Report

Display to the Vendors in real time the list of Open and Cleared Invoices. This is helpful tool to Vendors, who usually asks for this list on a weekly basis. The number of calls/tickets received by the Customer Back-office is reduced, as they no longer need to generate and email the Invoice List to Vendors anymore.
