There is an obligation to send electronic invoices (XRechnungen) to public authorities from 7.11.2020 in Germany. Paper or pure PDF invoices will then no longer be accepted. With our app you can easily create and send X-invoices from your usual process without any additional effort.

Send XInvoices per e-mail
With All for One Steeb - eInvoice Integration it is possible for you to send XInvoices per e-Mail in the easiest way from SAP Business ByDesign without needing other systems, platforms or datasources.
Enhance your invoice information
The App is enhancing your invoices. It automatically provides additional Information such as IBAN, contact E-Mailaddress, phone number and Leitweg ID, without any effort of the user.
Validate your XInvoices
Before sending XInvoices, the app is validating the Information and checks if all obligatory Information for XInvoices is available. If there is a mistake, the user knows it early enough to do some changes if needed.
Extend your invoicing process
XRechnung must be extended with additional information such as IBAN, contact person and e-mail address of the invoicing party. This information is automatically transferred from the ERP system to the invoice by the app "All for One Steeb - eInvoice Integration".
Translate the XML structure into the XInvoice
The app transforms the XML file from SAP Business ByDesign into the desired XRechnung format. In the course of the transformation, information such as customer, products, invoice type, taxes, rebates, discounts, etc. are converted into the XRechnung format.
